Ajay Sethi
Managing Principal (India)
Ajay is an Architect with excellent design skills, an eye for detail and an ability to deliver projects from conception to completion. He is adept at designing, managing and delivering complex projects set within the challenging building construction environment of India.
Ajay graduated from the School of Architecture, CEPT, Ahmedabad, India and has over 25 years of experience in the profession. He has worked with Ranjit Sabikhi in New Delhi, been a partner at PSP Design, Chennai and most recently was one of the lead designers and Senior Associate at NVA, Chennai.
Ajay has worked across different sectors. In the Residential sector, he has extensive experience with mid to large scale projects and has worked with various developers across South India. In the Institutional sector, he has headed teams that have won international and national design competitions including the National War Memorial in New Delhi. In the Hospitality sector, he has worked for the Oberoi and the Taj Group of Hotels.
Ajay shall be looking after URBNarc India while working closely with the head office in Singapore and also the studio in Spain for designing and delivering projects across India.
